- Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden is a small farm in Southern Oregon's Applegate Valley. A small farm with great aspirations. Cowhorn is certified Biodynamic® through Demeter USA. Cowhorn has also been certified organic through Stellar Certification Services. At this stage in our development, we have 20 acres of crops, mainly barley, asparagus and fruit trees, and 11 acres of grape vines. Construction of the wine making facility and tasting room is underway.
