
Demeter, an international certification organization, regulates biodynamic designations states:
Biodynamic agriculture is based on a holistic andspiritual view of the farm as a self-contained organism and seeks to promoteecological harmony through the use of beneficial natural sprays, farm schedulesthat incorporate natural lunar and solar cycles, crop rotation, and theexclusion of chemicals, synthetic fertilizers, pesticides, hormones, andgenetically modified materials. Many of our producers are certified through Demeter, some arn't but are internationally recognized for the dedication to Biodynamics.
