The History
Bodegas Jalón is a small family run bodega that crafts high quality wine from our own 10 hectares of vineyards.
Their vines are on average 30 years old and their parcels located between 400-500m ASL in the Iregua Valley.
The Philosophy
Bodegas Jalón’s vineyards are certified Organic. The vines are nurtured with exceptional care and the soil treated with organic composts. In the winery, they work with native yeasts and bottle their wines unfined and unfiltered.
