Domaine Ratte's 9ha are certified Biodynamic by Demeter. They endeavour to bottle quite a few different cuvées each year to showcase varietal, soil types or specific sites. Their wines show incredible freshness and purity of fruit, owing in no small part to their dedication to Biodynamic agriculture and minimal intervention in the winery.
