The History
Founded in 2004 by Stephen and Fiona Pannell, Pannell Enoteca is deeply intertwined with the viticultural history of the McLaren Vale region in South Australia. Stephen Pannell, with his extensive experience garnered from working at some of Australia's most esteemed wineries, decided to craft wines that reflect the essence of McLaren Vale and their way of life.
The Philosophy
With a passion for the unconventional, they celebrate provenance and inspire exploration by producing wines tailored to complement the food they enjoy and the lifestyle they lead.
The grape varieties they cultivate, including Shiraz, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Chardonnay, thrive in McLaren Vale's Mediterranean climate.
