In 2006, Recaredo embarked on the journey to convert their 65 HA farm to biodynamic agriculture. In 2010 they were named the first Demeter certified biodynamic producer in Pendès. Additionally - in 2019 the winery released their first bottles with the Corpinnat designation. To date, Recaredo is one of only 9 Corpinnat producers.

In keeping with Corpinnat and Demeter regulations Recaredo makes their wines with 100 percent biodynamically farmed fruit which is harvested by hand. Initial fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts only and the wines are made with a minimum of 90% indigenous varietals. Riddling and disgorging are done by hand (after being aged for a minimum of 18 months).
