Elisabetta Foradori has made a life's work of elevating the Teroldego grape to heights once unimaginable. Elisabetta made the move to biodynamics in 2002, finding that every action in the field tended to bring the Sun’s forces into the soil. Made with fruit from the oldest vines on the Foradori estate (70 y/o). 100% Teroldego. Notes of pomegranate, morello cherry, red earth with velvety tannins, and balancing minerality.
