Domaine de l'Écu is one of the original natural wine producers in the Atlantic Loire, long before low-intervention wines became a trend. Organic since 1975 and biodynamic since 1998, with Demeter certification across all 24 hectares and Biodyvin since 2014, the approach in the cellar remains deliberately hands-off.
The result is a crystalline wine with smoky notes, citrus, and white flowers, layered with a subtle waxy edge. Taut, fresh, and unmistakably Muscadet.
