Moscato d’Asti DOCG Canelli is the historic epicentre of Moscato production, long considered the benchmark zone for quality. Bera’s certified organic vineyards sit on steep, south-east facing slopes in Sant’Antonio di Canelli, where calcareous soils of ancient marine origin give the wines their trademark lift and minerality.
Hand-harvested Muscat à Petits Grains is fermented with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel, following the Charmat method for a fine, natural sparkle. The wine is bottled unfined, minimally filtered, and with very low sulfite additions to preserve purity of fruit and terroir expression.
Delicately aromatic, with honeysuckle, jasmine, and white blossoms on the nose, followed by juicy peach, tangerine, ripe orange, and a hint of savoury herbs. Balanced sweetness and brisk acidity lead to a clean, refreshing finish.
While crafted for immediate enjoyment, it retains vibrancy for four to six years.
