This curated selection includes one bottle of each:
2025 COS Rami (Sicily, Italy)
Grecanico and Inzolia, organically and biodynamically farmed in the red, sandy limestone soils around Vittoria. Spontaneously fermented on skins and aged in concrete. Citrus, orange blossom, ripe yellow fruit and honey, balanced by salinity and a subtle note of wild fennel.
2025 Badenhorst Riviera Orange (Swartland, South Africa)
A blend of 67% Chenin Blanc, 16% Grenache Blanc, 10% Roussanne and 7% Viognier, co-fermented for a week on skins. Savoury and refreshing, with quince, pear, pomelo, black tea, clove and juniper, alongside a gently grippy texture and granitic freshness.
2025 Longaví GLUP Orange (Itata Valley, Chile)
100% Moscatel from Chile’s Itata Valley, given extended skin contact, and transformed into something deliciously structured. Expressive with lychee, mandarin, ripe citrus, wild mint and peppery spice, carried by freshness and a textured palate.
NV Fidora Domini del Leone Orange (Veneto, Italy)
Biodynamically farmed Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay grown near the Venetian coast on caranto, the region’s clay and limestone-rich soils. Co-fermented on skins, it is expressive and richly textured, with ripe pear, lychee and wildflower honey followed by a savoury finish.
