A blend of 80% Syrah and 20% Grenache, this lovely and elegant red is destemmed and fermented/macerated for 15 days on skins for structure. After undergoing malolactic fermentation in the cellar it is aged for 12 months in concrete tanks then bottled. Purple flowers and berries with a rich and creamy mouth feel.
