Zellberg is a steep limestone hillside, beautifully captured on the label by André’s wife, Christine. It is here that the Ostertags have mastered their signature style of dry Pinot Gris, vinified with a Burgundian sensibility. With time, it evolves slowly and gracefully, offering the depth, structure, and quiet power of white Burgundy, with the notable exception of price.
