2016 Metodo Classico
This traditional method sparkling wine is 100% Frappato. Primary fermentation in amphora with the second fermentation achieved in bottle through the addition of some 2015 grape must. The finished wine was bottled with zero dosage. Bright pink in colour with hints of strawberries and raspberries on the nose. On the palate, floral, rhubarb and cherry notes with a mineral backbone. Very complex and high-toned.
