Delicious expression of Nero d’Avola from Coniglio, lenza lunga, Conca and Parrino. The Rosso di Contrada captures the terroir of the Buonivini district.
Grapes from each vineyard are vinified and matured separately, followed by spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, long maceration of the must with the skins. It matures in steel for one year and bottling on the fruit days of the lunar calendar. It refines in bottles for at least a year.
