Designed for relaxed Summer drinking, chill and enjoy with light Summer fare. Syrah was picked early for freshness and modest alcohol, then given a very short soak with skins so as to moderate tannin extraction. The resulting wine is fresh and crunchy as desired with a feel reminiscent of freshly picked berries.
