100% Xynisteri from 35-40 year old, ungrafted bush vines. Fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks and aged on fine lees for 3-6 months prior to bottling. Notes of citrus blossoms, pears and tropical fruit. Finely balanced, with a refreshing acidity.
