A blend of Riesling, Pinot Gris and Neuburger. Milan Nestarec's Youngster wines are made in a "nouveau" style - that is, bottled directly after fermentation when the wine is still lively and in some cases effervescent or prickly. Bottled without any additional sulphites. Lifted notes of candied Meyer lemon, white flowers yeast on the nose carrying through to the palate.
