After managing the family estate - Domaine Chandon de Briailles with his sister Claude, François de Nicolay began a tiny negotiant project in 2000 with the aim of producing as pure an expression of Burgundy as possible.

All wine is sourced from organic, biodynamic and natural winemakers. The case is curated by a small team of Sommeliers who love to find fun, small cuvées from the most exciting and passionate producers in our portfolio.
