Though Brun is known for his Gamays, he planted Pinot Noir in the clay-limestone soils of his estate vineyard in Charnay in 1991. Destemmed, crushed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in concrete vats. Classically Burgundian with notes of red cherry, peonies, forest floor and mushrooms.
