Made with the use of semi-carbonic maceration, where the grapes are placed in a covered tank and begin to ferment spontaneously, this process highlights the fruity characters. The resulting wine is soft, with perfumed red fruits, crunchy acidity, and low tannin, made to be drunk when young.
