Elisabetta Foradori like many of her peers was born into a winemaking family. Unlike many of her peers, Elisabetta was thrust to the helm of her family's estate after the sudden passing of her father in her mid-20s. After several vintages carrying on 'as normal' from her father, she found herself depressed with the results and health of her vineyards. She embarked on a mission to breathe life back into her family's estate and into the indigenous varietals of the region. Decades and an organic and biodynamic certification later, she is known as the instrumental force behind the renaissance of wines from Trentino-Alto Adige.
