Opera is a traditionally produced sparkling wine, the already fermented still wine is bottled unfiltered at Naboso and undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle. Müller Thurgau, Pinot Gris and Moravian Muscat in a juicy triplet, the latter is probably responsible for the fragrant nose and aroma. Structured with the finest perlage, Opera makes a great aperitif or with fish and seafood. But also on the couch on cold winter days, cheers! Like all natural wines from Naboso unfiltered and bottled with minimal use of sulphur.
