2023 Bisbille, Cabernet & Grenache

Bisbille is crafted by Les Équilibristes in partnership with organic growers who focus on living soils, biodiversity and low intervention methods. The wine blends Cabernet and Grenache (proportions vary slightly year to year) sourced from limestone clay soils that give both lift and structure.

Grapes are hand harvested and fermented with native yeasts. Vinification favours gentle extraction to preserve fruit purity and supple tannins. Ageing takes place in stainless steel to maintain freshness. 

Tasting note
Juicy and expressive with red and black berries, plum skin, herbal lift and gentle spice. The palate is smooth and fresh with soft tannins. An easy drinking yet characterful red with brightness and balance.
