A playful and expressive blend of Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and other heritage white varieties from Madame Flöck’s restored terraces. Farmed without herbicides, dry grown and hand harvested, the wine is fermented spontaneously with significant skin contact and aged in neutral oak and steel.
Aromas of pear skin, citrus oil and alpine herbs lead into a lightly grippy, juicy palate with bright acidity and gentle phenolic tension. Unfiltered, low sulphur and full of Terrassenmosel character, this is a vibrant everyday white with real personality.
