Paitin is one of the oldest wineries in Barbaresco, they consider 1796 their founding but their roots in the area date back even further. Paitin has been a classic, traditional producer of Barbaresco for over their 200+ year history aside form a short flirtation with shorter macerations for a few vintages in the 1990's. The current vintages are superb examples of focused, elegant, traditional Barbaresco.

A historic property located in the Loire Valley, Domaine de l’Ecu is widely considered one of the top producers of Muscadet-Sevre-et-Maine. Unlike most producers of Muscadet, the white wines are aged sur-lie for 15-18 months, adding exceptional texture and complexity.

All wine is sourced from organic, biodynamic and natural winemakers.
