100% Cabernet Franc. This Chinon is sourced from the village of Beaumont. The vinification and élevage take place in wooden vats and barriques. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered after one year in wood, in the early Fall before harvest. Notes of red and black plums, strawberries and a touch of cured meat.
