Mainly Rotburger (also known as Zweigelt), with Merlot and Blaufränkisch, sourced from Burgenland, Austria. Fermented spontaneously and matured in stainless steel. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, with minimal added sulphur. 11.5% ABV.
Friends Dominik Gober and Gerald Freinbichler first crossed paths in the cellar of Franz Weninger. Fast friends from the start, they were encouraged by their mentor to purchase an old 1,000-square-foot garage winery, along with a few hectares of Blaufränkisch. This wine is part of the Vineyard Project that connects overlooked vineyard sites with vignerons, building new bridges across the broader wine community.
