2024 Famille Fabre 'Grande Courtade' L'Instant Rosé

A very dry, fresh and fruity rosé in Province style made of organic Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Pinot Noir. The grapes come from comes from the south-facing slopes of the estate, where a rare soil of dried-up marsh-bed over marl, limestone and silty sand gives the wine its freshness and finesse. 

Vinification is by rapid and integral saignée of the juice, followed by low-temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks and no malolactic fermentation. Elevage is fully in tank (no new oak).

Residual sugar remains below one gram per litre. Dry like a desert! 

Tasting Note: pale salmon-pink with blue highlights. On the nose wild strawberry, small tart red fruits, cranberry and a hint of watermelon. The palate is crisp, dry (< 1 g residual sugar), lively, and very elegant.
