The Roussane vines for 'Les Filles' are around 20 years old and come from a small plot with a low slope and cooler terroir - perfect for Roussane. Following a spontaneous fermentation, this wine is aged for 8 months in fibreglass eggs.
Les Filles has an intense nose with a fine balance between chalky mineralality and ripe white fruits. The palate offers flavours of exotic fruits and lime blossom. Great saline persistence.
