Vinification of this 100% Altesse wine takes place in fiberglass eggs, and spends 9 months on fine lees. As soon as you approach the nose, you are surprised by a whirlwind of aromas: yellow fruits, candied citrus fruits, hawthorn, spices, flint! On the palate, after the fresh and clean attack it benefits from an unusual minerality which, far from tarnishing its expression, gives it a precise structure. The finish lingers with a beautiful tense acidity.
