Made w/ Cartoixà Vermell (the pinkish-hued version of Xarello) grapes that are organically grown hand harvested in the Baix Penedès. Macerated with the skins for a few days giving it a distinct rose/orange colour. Tropical, citrus-y, funky, hazy, and super limited every year.
