"Barba" means uncle—the wise one, the person who knows things.
A blend typical of the Saluzzo hills: 50% Barbera and 50% Nebbiolo di Dronero (though... it has nothing to do with Nebbiolo). This easy-drinking wine is made from vines over 50 years old. The two grape varieties ripen at different times, but they’ve historically been harvested together, and the winemakers have chosen to honour this traditional practice.
The result is a beautifully fresh wine with bright fruit and herbal notes. Made for any occasion.
