Foradori is the benchmark producer of Teroldego. It is in Campo Rotaliano that the stony alluvial plain between the Trentino mountains where the grape reaches its purest form.
Farmed biodynamically since 2002, the estate’s vineyards sit on deep alluvial soils of gravel, river stones and sand, which naturally give Teroldego its vivid fruit, mineral drive and signature violet freshness.
Vinification takes place in cement tanks, followed by maturation in a combination of cement and large neutral casks. The wine is bottled with minimal intervention.
Tasting note
Bright, pure and energetic with notes of blackberry, wild plum, violet, graphite and alpine herbs. The palate is supple and lively, carried by fine tannins, crisp acidity and a long mineral finish.
