This wine is made of 100% certified organic Montepulciano, crafted by Francesco Cirelli. He farms with biodynamic inspiration, raising other crops, including olives for oil, and herds of animals for grazing, fertilization, and meat.
Grapes are de-stemmed, gently crushed, and fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel for around 6 months.
Expect a beautiful, robust seaside red bursting of red cherry, raspberry, plum, and fresh oregano notes, followed by a palate that’s chewy and juicy with a solid tannic grip.
