Les Prières (previously known as Polaris) is a blend of estate-grown Melon de Bourgogne from Domaine Batard Langelier in Muscadet Sèvre-et-Maine.

Sourced from vineyards on metamorphic soils near the Sèvre and Maine rivers, this wine is aged for 7 months on the lees in underground vats. It offers exotic aromas, bright acidity, and a balanced, fruity palate. An great aperitif or an excellent match for oysters.
