Inspired by Italian aperitivi, where heat and bitterness coexist. Its citrus scent does not come from southern oranges, but exclusively from northern fruits. The blend of sea buckthorn, haskap, barberry and absinthe macerated in Menaud's neutral grain spirit offers an adaptation true to their values. A Charlevoix aperitif balanced in its acidity and sweetness served on ice, as a spritz, as a negroni or in other cocktails. 22% ABV.
