Who Can Order?

Unfortunately, you have to be 19 years of age and older (this isn’t Europe). Currently we only sell to Ontario and British Columbia residents. We offer different products in each marketplace. Please contact matt@thelivingvine.ca for products offered in British Columbia. Not in your province? Don’t worry, we’ll be there soon!

Cancelling Your Order

Hey, sometimes it happens and that’s cool. If for some reason you aren’t thirsty anymore or changed your mind just email us at orders@thelivingvine.ca.


Please note the only challenge with cancelling is once it’s been processed, it’s off to you as quickly as possible. If it’s already in the system and scheduled for delivery, we can’t cancel however we do accept returns. Should you want to return the product and it’s not opened then feel free to ship it back to us at your cost. Just email orders@thelivingvine.ca and we can sort you out. 

Can I Get a Refund?

All unopened wines can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund according to the LCBO guidelines. Technically faulty wines that have been opened can be returned for an exchange (if we have the wine in stock) or be refunded if the bottle contains the majority of its original contents. Returns must be dropped off to our office at 770 Brown’s Line, Etobicoke, Ontario M8W 3W2.

Accepted Methods of Payment

The Living Vine accepts all online payments e.g. VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay. For online orders we do not accept cheques or cash.


Due to the laws that govern our beautiful province of Ontario, the liquor regulations require payment be in full before your wine is delivered to you.

Delivery Methods

The Living Vine Inc. ships by private delivery trucks or in some cases by Canada Post, Fedex or any bonded approved LCBO delivery agent. Other than private or special custom order wines, all The Living Vine products are shipped anywhere in Ontario within 7-10 business days. Sometimes products might be stored in different locations, so you may get them separately when ordering multiple items.

We Missed You During Delivery

If your shipment is by private courier, we will contact you for delivery time and coordinates. If you aren’t around to receive your order, our drivers will try again within the next 1-2 business days. 

Tracking Your Order


Once your order is placed and confirmed, a representative from The Living Vine will reach out to confirm your order and provide you with a delivery date. If you have any questions about your order, please reach out to orders@thelivingvine.ca.

Damaged Items

Damaged items are rare, but sometimes it happens and bottles may arrive broken. The Living Vine will happily replace or refund your order as quickly as possible. If your order arrives damaged, you can either: 

- Not accept the delivery. The package will be returned to us. Please notify us of the damaged items and we will replace or refund your order. 

- Take the delivery. If you take the delivery, you can start drinking the ones that aren’t damaged and we will send out a fresh bottle or refund the broken one - just let us know as soon as possible.
