POV is a blend of three classic Bordeaux grape varietals, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. As Robert puts it, "the wine has a deep, dark purple hue that telegraphs its impressive nature as the aromas and flavours of macerated berries (strawberries, blue/blackberries, and cherries), are backed by notes of bay leaf and fennel seed."
