2018 Bourgogne Rouge
Varietal: pinot noir
This may be one of the best Bourgogne Rouges we've tried. From 40-year old vines near the village of Ladoix-Serrigny. The Pinot is hand-harvested and then 100% whole cluster fermented in wooden vats for three weeks. Aged in oak for 12 months before release. Addicting floral nose, round and supple palate.
