100% Jacquère. The Nose is a restrained display of grass, spring water, seashells, lemon pith, and a floral, yellow cherry. The palate has a foundation of pleasant apricot, salt, green herbs, and stems. Lovely acidity, a touch of tannin under the tongue. Extremely drinkable, but don't let that fool you. Like the best Savoie whites, if you engage with this bottle, you'll find a lot going on under its cloak of endearing simplicity. - David Hatzopoulos
