Alfredo Arribas was a nationally renowned architect before shifting his focus to farming and winemaking, and is becoming known for making some of the most elegant wines in Priorat and Montsant – Wines that are massive in terms of flavor and complexity, but diminutive in terms of alcohol levels and extraction. No exception, this Garnacha Blanc is fermented in stainless steel and ends up with a mineral bouquet, with hawthorn, jasmine blossoms, and citrus notes. On the palate wonderfully fresh, elegant, clear and mineral-salty finish.
