The siblings of Villa Papiano have been farming and making wine on their property since high in the mountains between Tuscany and Romagna since 2001. 95% Sangiovese, 5% Balsamino and Negretto. 6 months aging in concrete and a minimum 6 months in bottle. Bright, floral and nuanced, red berries, earth and olives on the nose, with a savoury palate and balanced acidity.
