Veruca Salt was a very spoiled, outspoken and impatient little girl - and the winemakers could sympathize while making this wine. Could they have waited longer to release the wine? Could they have left in in barrel longer? Sure they could have - but it tasted so good they wanted it NOW.
A co-ferment of 85% Syrah and 15% Viognier, aged in neutral oak puncheons, this is the biggest and boldest wine that Rigour & Whimsey have produced, very Northern Rhone in style.
