100% Montrasell - fermentation for 20 days at 25°C in wood vats, the grapes are lightly pressed and put in barrels where the malolactic fermentation takes place. Bottled after 3 months ageing in barrel. No sulphites or any other products are added, which makes this a bright, fresh drinking wine. Bright cherry colour and good aromatic intensity which highlights flavours of fruit (blackberry) and liquor ice with subtle notes of well integrated ageing in oak.
