This very pretty 100% Roussane is named after Gilles Berlioz's partner, Christine. It comes from the same plot of vines that make up the 'Les Filles' wines - this wine is the most concentrated bunches. Hand harvested, gentle press, and 9 months lying down in fiberglass eggs.
Fresh dried fruit and toasted almonds are followed by white peach and herbs - rich mouthfeel and a long finish.
