55% Riesling and 45% Gewutztraminer are destemmed and co-ferment on skin in stainless steel for a month. It's then pressed and racked into neutral puncheons where it ages for a further 6 months. Tannic and bold with some fresh lychee and peach plus other worldly amaro-type notes.
