From their biodynamic winery in the Languedoc Rousillon, the Heureux Qui Comme is 60% Grenache noir and 40% Carignan, grown in blue and yellow limestone and quartz soils. Fermented on skins for 2 weeks with regular punch downs and pump overs, then transferred to neutral oak barrels for 10 months. Bottled without fining or filtration. Rich black and red fruit, purple flowers and spices.
