70% Verdeca, 30% Fiano aged in stainless steel. Straw yellow with greenish reflections, the nose releases aromas of ripe pear and medlar with a floral background, all accompanied by excellent intensity and persistence.The palate is dry, soft, fresh and savory; at the end the fruity scents are still there, supported by an excellent combination of acidity and minerality.
