50% Poljšakica, 40% Rebula, 10% Malvasia 10%. The grape must is spontaneous fermented with maceration on skins for 5 days, followed by gentle pressing and maturation in oak barrels for 12 months on fine lees.
The wine is gold orange in colour. A midle fresh bouquet of lemons, camomile, honey and smoke. The taste is dry, tannic, fresh, tasty, medium long.
