Rare wine alert! La Raspa celebrates the historic white grapes of Málaga’s Axarquía region, blending aromatic Moscatel de Alejandría with the rare local variety Doradilla. The vineyards are dry farmed on steep, slate and schist slopes that overlook the Mediterranean, where intense sunlight, altitude shifts and marine breezes naturally preserve acidity and drive mineral freshness.

Grapes are hand harvested from old bush vines rooted in poor, eroded soils. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts in stainless steel, and the wine remains on fine lees to build texture without losing lift. No heavy manipulation and minimal sulphur reflect the project’s low-intervention ethos.

Tasting note
Vibrant and expressive with notes of white peach, citrus zest, jasmine and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is fresh and saline with gentle texture from the lees, a clean mineral line and a bright, refreshing finish. A vivid, coastal white that captures the spirit of Málaga.
